When you visit our website for information about our law firm and expertise, we will only collect those personal data in log files that your browser communicates to our server.

This includes the type of web browser, the operating system being used, the domain name of your internet service provider, the IP address of the computer you are using, the web page you are visiting us from, the Dr Stange web pages you are visiting and the date and duration of your visit. We require this information for technical purposes so that we can display our website to you and am able to guarantee its stability and safety. The legal basis is stipulated in Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. In this context, the data is analysed only for statistical purposes and only in a pseudonymised form. We will not disclose such data to third parties.

III.  Erasure

We erase your personal data in the log files after a period of eight weeks, unless it is necessary to store the data for a longer period of time for the purposes indicated above. In this case, we erase your personal data once they are no longer required for the purposes indicated above and statutory retention periods, if any, have expired. Generally, we also delete session cookies at the end of the browsing session.
