Practice areas
We advise national and international companies – whether listed, mid or small-sized – or their shareholders on all aspects of corporate and capital markets law and promise precise, manageable and legally first-class advice. Tailored to the individual goals and strategies of your company and directly implementable from the perspective of a shareholder, managing director or in-house counsel. Our clients can be assured that we will give the highest priority to the transaction or litigation representation we are assigned and will not be satisfied until our client is satisfied. With many years of experience, we also provide support in the preparation and execution of shareholders’ and general meetings and will gladly take care of the entire meeting management (including notary appointments).
Our business litigation practice includes counseling in shareholder and corporate disputes, contract and vendor disputes, real estate disputes, torts, and many other disputes that may arise out of a business or contractual relationship and require litigation counseling.
