As a small or large corporation, you might face the task of managing your German and European group companies in terms of corporate law. In a structured process, we reliably accompany acquisition and formation processes, help sorting the integration of newly acquired companies into the group of companies and help organizing corporate governance and compliance with all corporate law requirements (corporate housekeeping).

As a foreign fund, corporation or family office investing in German stock corporations you also need to safeguard adherence to German legal requirements. We are glad to offer our assistance in this respect as well.

Trust on our assistance. With many years of experience in these fields, both as an external consultant in large law firms and an inhouse in large listed German companies, we are glad to help you safeguard adherence to all legal requirements in Germany and disburden you and your corporation from any workload as far as possible at reasonable rates without the overhead costs of a large law firm.

Practice areas

We advise national and international companies – whether listed, mid or small-sized – or their shareholders on all aspects of corporate and capital markets law and promise precise, manageable and legally first-class advice. Tailored to the individual goals and strategies of your company and directly implementable from the perspective of a shareholder, managing director or in-house counsel. Our clients can be assured that we will give the highest priority to the transaction or litigation representation we are assigned and will not be satisfied until our client is satisfied. With many years of experience, we also provide support in the preparation and execution of shareholders’ and general meetings and will gladly take care of the entire meeting management (including notary appointments).

Our business litigation practice includes counseling in shareholder and corporate disputes, contract and vendor disputes, real estate disputes, torts, and many other disputes that may arise out of a business or contractual relationship and require litigation counseling.

We handle business disputes both in state court and in arbitration. We strive to develop the right combination of aggressive style and creative strategy to best address my client’s specific situation.
